Your Horoscope For 2013

All that talk about the end of the world has sure quieted down now that it is time for the Mayan calendar to put up or hush up. With that bit of business behind us, we can now get on with looking at the end of the year, and not the world. Many people, regardless of their sign, struggled last year, and no doubt many of you are looking forward to seeing what is in store for 2013. With that in mind, let’s go ahead and have a look at the horoscopes 2013 is rolling out for us.

With Mercury moving into Pisces on the fourth of February, look for general surges in your creativity. However, it may not be a great time to make earth shaking decisions in your life. This is because Pisces rules imagination, arts, and psychic intuition. Mercury rules communication, so be aware there may be snafus in travel and some general misunderstandings.

Jupiter is in Gemini until June 26, so all of you techies can rub your hands together and start looking forward to some amazing breakthroughs around this time. Saturn is in Scorpio until 2015, so don’t be surprised by more uprisings taking place around the world. This does not mean great things cannot come about due to these conflicts. Saturn and Pluto will be in mutual reception throughout the rest of Saturn in Scorpio, and the last time Saturn and Pluto were both in the sign of the other was near the end of 1776.

Aries

Everything is aligned for a highly charged year for hard-charging Aries this year. With Uranus and Jupiter lining up as well, expect a strengthening of all bonds and relationships. Your financial endeavors should pay off too. However, bear in mind that is not always the case at the first time of asking. I do beg you, Aries, take a great deal of care this year not to charge so hard that you ignore possible safety hazards, as recklessness could be costly to you in 2013.

Taurus

Don’t expect to come out of the gate firing on all cylinders in January, Taurus. You will probably experience a lack of energy this month. However, expect a rise in both energy and fortunes come February, as things begin cooking. Saturn and Rahu will create a situation where Maha Yoga is going to be in your house of work. Take advantage of this. However, beware of pride, Taurus. From this point until mid-July, you will be prone to excessive vanity in your speech. Guard against this in all your encounters, and be particularly respectful to your superiors at work. Expect luck to ride with you this year, Taurus, because you have been dealt a hot hand for 2013. However, without giving it due respect, luck will prove to be not so lady-like.

Gemini

With Jupiter in transit this year, Gemini, green means go, so have a go of it by all means, because this can be a great year for you. The only problems ahead will be of your own making. Be extra sensitive to feelings of confusion surrounding your career, or of dissatisfaction with your job. As for your career, let your instincts guide you, and as to your job, try to ride things out without acting in a rash manner. The only health issues you will be dealing with will likely be due to neglect, so please, Gemini, pay extra attention to your health. Also, I don’t want to nag, but all of the good fortune you experience is due to your own hard work, not a roll of the dice. Please be extra frugal this year and choose your investments very carefully.

Cancer

You are probably looking forward to the ending of 2012, Cancer. However, with the transit of Uranus, expect a few more bumps and bruises before the lush arrival of spring. In particular, while your siblings will experience good times and prove to be steadfast allies to you, the transit in Saturn may cause another family member to sour on you for reasons real or imagined. Be patient and kind, and ride this wave out until you land on the beach under the sun. You will also find yourself in some difficult situations early on, so please, Cancer, I am begging you to react to these situations with a cool head and some of that diplomacy that you are known for. While you may not become rich this year, it is likely that some of those creative projects you worked so hard on in the past, and have almost forgotten about, will return some sort of bounty. In July, you will be halfway home and riding a crest to a powerful 2014, Cancer, but you must remain patient and smart.

Leo

Leo, you will do well this year to remember not to get too high, or too low. Allow yourself to stay as grounded as possible. If you are toying with the thought of a career change, Leo, you will probably run into quite a few snags in the early part of the year. Do not let this frustration make you do something rash later in the year. If you find yourself with the same job at year’s end, be thankful for the employment. This is a great year for Leo to find a new love. However, you need to sniff out what is merely infatuation, and stay clear-eyed to love’s true nature. If you are already in a relationship, fasten your seatbelt and hold on, because there will be some bumps up ahead.

Virgo

Virgo, you have Jupiter in your tenth house for the first half of the year. What this means is that you have basically been handed the keys to a new luxury car with a fresh-paved road in front of you. Notice I said luxury car, and not sports car. All you have to do is keep your car on the road at a steady pace, and you should be fine. Be aware, you may be tempted to mistake your smooth sailing as a sign that fortune will come easily. This could cause you to make rash plays in the market, or even a casino. Do not fall for it, Virgo. Your mantra for your 2013 horoscope should be, slow and steady wins the race.

Libra

2013 may be quite a memorable year for you, Libra. Your career should be in great shape and you will feel wonderful about your life. However, you may feel that everyone you love is out to harsh your mellow. Your partnerships may be quite hectic, so brace yourself and be the anchor. If you feel a strong urge to relocate, this is a good year for you to try. You may tend to freak out over small health issues, but stay calm. You may just need some natural therapy and calm. Try not to blow money this year, Libra, because while Jupiter favors you financially, the North Node and Saturn are working against you in that area.

Scorpio

Scorpio, you are going to feel pent-up, stressed, and frustrated to start the year. Have a nice day. Seriously, though, ride this out until the middle of the year when Jupiter comes into play to give you some much needed relief. With that in mind, it is important not to take out frustrations on your family. If you have a creative nature, this is a good time to indulge it. This is a good year for you to travel, and you can count on meeting some unforgettable people wherever you go. You will probably be at odds with coworkers this year, but that is only because of your hard-working nature, and your superiors will be behind you. You will also enjoy good health this year, Scorpio, if you don’t allow yourself to get too stressed out in the beginning of it.

Sagittarius

Your loved ones, Sagittarius, may feel you are paying more attention to your work, hobbies, or volunteer work than to them. Be careful not to overwork yourself this year. Your job may ask you to take on more responsibilities without financial compensation. While the money situation may fluctuate this year, your ability to save will see you through. If you are married, you will find this year is ideal for strengthening your marital ties, and if you are in a relationship, this may be the perfect year to finally tie the knot. Sagittarius, you have a busy mind, and you heap a lot of pressure onto yourself to accomplish things. Unfortunately, too often this means you accomplish little, while worrying much. Capricorn

2013 could well be a year of change for you, Capricorn, and that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Do not be surprised if you experience an epiphany in the coming year. If you are in a relationship, you will sense added support from your partner as the year moves along.

Aquarius

While you may have experienced a year of calm in 2012, the year 2013 will be filled with activity, and our extroverted Aquarians should have no trouble being ready for action. You could start seeing some of your hard work from the previous year start to pay off in 2013, but don’t make the mistake of thinking you have conquered all, because there is still much to do. Uranus will exert a major influence on areas of communication in your life, so be sure to take full advantage. This year may also see you ruminating on a past love, or actually encountering him or her. The back end of the year is likely to bring changes in your job situation. What may seem as a setback will likely lead to huge things in 2014.

Pisces

Good news and bad news, Pisces. The bad news is that if you have been planning a major move or relocation, it may be thwarted in 2013. The good news is that with so many great things happening around you, you may not even care. In fact, you may even decide to buy a new house in town, and believe me; the planets almost demand this plan of action. Your overall health will be just fine, but with your constant worrying, you may create niggling little health problems. Use your worry and sensitivity to ramp up your creative output this year, and don’t be surprised to see the chains that have held you back professionally begin to break apart. This could be a wonderful year for you, Pisces, and for millions of other friends across the zodiac.
